Description: Garlic free Pesto
Ingredients: Ligurian extra-vergin olive oil, DOP basil from Genoa farmed in Albenga (Savona), DOP Grana Padano cheese (it contains lysozyme, egg protein), DOP Pecorino Romano cheese, Italian pine nuts, Italian garlic, Italian sea salt, antioxidant (acid sorbic).
Allergens: milk as well as milk-based products (lactose included), nuts as well as nuts-derivated products.
Sensory characteristics: shiny light green homogeneous sauce intense scented with characteristic flavour of freshly chopped basil, tasty and delicate at the same time.
Preservation: Keep refrigerated, from 0 to +4°C
Information to the consumer: once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume it within 10 days.
Minimum term of conservation: 90 days from production and packaging date.
