Die verwendeten Zutaten sind Produkte der Erde, die leicht zu finden sind, wie Gem\u00fcse <strong>der Saison<\/strong> und H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte mit dem Zusatz von <strong>Pesto Genovese <\/strong>Basilikum (ein Essl\u00f6ffel pro Gericht). <\/li>\n<li>Die <strong>Focaccia di Recco (lesen Sie unseren Artikel \u00fcber das wundersch\u00f6ne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pestofresco.eu\/da-non-perdere-festa-della-focaccia-di-recco-26-28-maggio\/\">Focaccia di Recco Festival<\/a>)<\/strong>: Dies ist ein  <strong>ein typisch ligurisches Produkt, das durch die g.g.A. gesch\u00fctzt ist. Es ist eine gesunde und einfache Zubereitung <\/strong>Die Focaccia wird mit nur wenigen Zutaten hergestellt: Mehl, Frischk\u00e4se (der f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung verwendete Crescenza muss aus zertifizierter Milch von ligurischen K\u00fchen hergestellt werden), ligurisches Oliven\u00f6l extravergine, Wasser und Salz. Die Auswahl der <strong>Zutaten<\/strong> und die <strong>Geschicklichkeit der Focaccia-Macher von Roca<\/strong> machen diese <strong>Zubereitung<\/strong> aus sehr d\u00fcnnen Schleiern, die nur sie auf diese Weise herstellen k\u00f6nnen, <strong>einzigartig<\/strong>. Das Konsortium zum Schutz der Focaccia aus Recco hat festgestellt, dass das Produktionsgebiet der g.g.A. neben Recco auch Sori, Camogli und Avegno umfasst.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ciupin<\/strong>: ist eine <strong>Fischsuppe<\/strong>, die typisch f\u00fcr die alte ligurische arme Tradition ist, die die Kunst der Erholung lehrt. In der Tat wurde sie meist aus <strong>Fischresten und altem Brot<\/strong> zubereitet <strong>.<\/strong> Genau aus diesem Grund variiert das Rezept f\u00fcr Ciupin von Haus zu Haus, an der gesamten Riviera von Levante bis Ponente.  <\/li>\n<li>Das <strong>Kichererbsen-Zemino<\/strong>: Auch hier handelt es sich um eine Zubereitung, die aus armen Verh\u00e4ltnissen stammt.
