September<\/strong> in Pietra Ligure (Savona) stattfinden wird: <strong>Dolcissima Pietra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Im Laufe der Jahre hat er sich zu einem lang ersehnten Ereignis entwickelt, das das Ende des Sommers und den Beginn des Herbstes markiert, mit der R\u00fcckkehr der Schokolade, die bekanntlich im Sommer in den Urlaub f\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n<p>Auch in diesem Jahr wird die Veranstaltung das gesamte <strong>historische Zentrum von Pietra Ligure<\/strong> mit seinen Stra\u00dfen, Carruggi und Pl\u00e4tzen umfassen und in verschiedene Ausstellungsbereiche und Veranstaltungen unterteilt sein.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt Ausstellungsbereiche, einen reizvollen Arte Dolciaria-Wettbewerb, bei dem professionelle und angehende Konditoren gegeneinander antreten, zahlreiche Veranstaltungen, Verkostungen, Kochkurse, thematische Treffen, eine Apericena mit Bars und Restaurants im Stadtzentrum, die ein Gericht anbieten, bei dem eine der Zutaten Kakao oder Schokolade ist, Unterhaltung f\u00fcr Kinder und viel Musik.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Programm von Dolcissima Pietra verweisen wir Sie auf die Website der Veranstaltung <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dolcissimapietra.org\/\">www.dolcissimapietra.org.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Heute m\u00f6chten wir uns auf eine im Rahmen der Veranstaltung <strong>&#8222;<\/strong><strong>DOLCE MA NON TROPPO&#8220; (S\u00fc\u00df, aber nicht zu viel<\/strong>) organisierte Veranstaltung konzentrieren, an der <strong>Paola Richero und Paola Salgarelli<\/strong> teilnehmen, beides <strong>Ern\u00e4hrungswissenschaftlerinnen<\/strong> mit Spezialisierung auf Lebensmittelwissenschaften, die ihren Beruf jeweils in ihren Heimatst\u00e4dten (Loano und Vicenza) aus\u00fcben: Jeden Tag helfen sie ihren Patienten, ihr Wohlbefinden wiederzufinden, indem sie zu einer <strong>gesunden Ern\u00e4hrung<\/strong> und angemessener <strong>k\u00f6rperlicher Aktivit\u00e4t<\/strong> raten.<\/p>\n<p>Paola Richero und Paola Salgarelli teilen die <strong>Leidenschaft f\u00fcr das Kochen<\/strong> und ihre Arbeitsmethode, die auf<strong>Ern\u00e4hrungserziehung<\/strong> basiert. Aus diesem Grund haben sie einen sch\u00f6nen Blog er\u00f6ffnet, <strong>&#8218;2 Ern\u00e4hrungswissenschaftlerinnen in der K\u00fcche&#8216;<\/strong>, auf dem Sie gesunde Rezepte finden, bei denen der Geschmack nicht zu kurz kommt, um uns durch gut gekochte Gerichte, die reich an Geschmack, aber kalorienarm sind, zu psychophysischem Wohlbefinden zu verhelfen. F\u00fcr die 2 Ern\u00e4hrungswissenschaftler ist es in der K\u00fcche wichtig, die ern\u00e4hrungsphysiologischen Eigenschaften von Lebensmitteln zu kennen, die Saisonalit\u00e4t von Lebensmitteln zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, ohne dabei die angemessene Kalorienzufuhr, die richtige Verwendung von Fetten und die besten Kochmethoden aus den Augen zu verlieren.  <\/p>\n<p>Laut dem ERSTEN BERICHT \u00dcBER DIE ERN\u00c4HRUNGSGEWOHNHEITEN DER ITALIENER (Censis) beschreiben 37% der Italiener ihre Beziehung zum Essen mit dem Satz Ich w\u00fcrde gerne ges\u00fcnder essen, aber ich kann es nicht; fast 33% geben an, dass sie sich gesund ern\u00e4hren, weil die Ern\u00e4hrung zu den wichtigen Faktoren f\u00fcr die Gesundheit geh\u00f6rt<strong>. F\u00fcr 51% der Befragten ist das Internet die Hauptinformationsquelle f\u00fcr Lebensmittel. <\/strong>  Mehr denn je ist es notwendig, auf eine <strong>gesunde und richtige<\/strong><strong>Ern\u00e4hrung<\/strong> zu achten und all die Fake News und falschen Mythen dar\u00fcber zu vermeiden.
