Es ist ein besonderes Buch, das den Leser in die Atmosph\u00e4re entf\u00fchrt, aus der viele der Rezepte von Ferrer Manuelli stammen. Durch die Erz\u00e4hlung nimmt es den Leser mit in die Gedanken des Kochs, in die H\u00e4nde derjenigen, die die Gerichte zubereiten und derjenigen, die sie essen, und enth\u00fcllt das Leben eines gro\u00dfen ligurischen Kochs, oder fast, <strong>Ferrer Manuelli<\/strong> <strong>, &#8218;Oste di Prua&#8216;,<\/strong> der eine sehr wichtige Figur in der <strong>ligurischen und italienischen Gastronomieszene<\/strong> war.  <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pesto &amp; Buridda<\/em><\/strong> stammt aus der &#8217;selbstbewussten Feder&#8216; (wie der Verleger es nannte) von <strong>Dario G. Martini<\/strong>, einem bedeutenden Dichter und Schriftsteller sowie Journalisten und Essayisten, und Ferrer Manuelli. Es enth\u00e4lt wertvolle <strong>Beitr\u00e4ge von Luigi Veronelli und Enzo Tortora<\/strong> und hat wunderbare Illustrationen von <strong>Eliseo Salino<\/strong>, Keramiker, Humorist, Gastronom, Illustrator, einer der Protagonisten des k\u00fcnstlerischen Abenteuers von Albisola im 20. <strong>Alles gute Freunde. <\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>Das Buch ist auch deshalb besonders wertvoll, weil es <strong>100 Rezepte aus der Oste di Prua<\/strong> enth\u00e4lt, f\u00fcr eine K\u00fcche mit einem Auge auf das Meer und einem auf das Land, mit einfacher und direkter Zubereitung von Fisch und ebenso direkter und einfacher Zubereitung von Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse, aber mit mehr Geduld.<\/p>\n<p>Meiner Meinung nach ist er Spitzenklasse, er ist wirklich der gro\u00dfe Meister der ligurischen K\u00fcche und ich freue mich, dass ich derjenige sein darf, der seine fabelhaften Rezepte aus vollem Herzen empfiehlt.
