Am Donnerstag haben wir es vorgezogen, einen Beitrag zu verfassen, um unsere Verbundenheit mit unseren Br\u00fcdern und Schwestern auszudr\u00fccken, denn sie sind in erster Linie Italiener und in zweiter Linie Ligurer, die um die Menschen trauern, die sich zum Zeitpunkt des tragischen Einsturzes auf der Morandi-Br\u00fccke in Genua befanden.<\/p>\n<p>Dann muss das Leben weitergehen und die Aktivit\u00e4ten wieder aufgenommen werden, in der Hoffnung, mit unseren Nachrichten ein wenig von unserer <strong>Liebe zu unserem geliebten Land, Ligurien, weiterzugeben.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heute sprechen wir mit Ihnen \u00fcber einen der <strong>gr\u00f6\u00dften Vertreter<\/strong> der <strong>westlichen ligurischen K\u00fcche der Vergangenheit<\/strong>, <strong>Ferrer Manuelli<\/strong>. Kennen Sie ihn? Er ist <strong>ein Koch<\/strong> (denn er wollte auf keinen Fall Chefkoch genannt werden) <strong>, der das Meer und Ligurien liebt.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>Ferrer Manuelli <strong>war kein Ligurer<\/strong>. Obwohl er <strong>aufgrund seines<\/strong> scheuen, sch\u00fcchternen und etwas ruppigen <strong>Charakters<\/strong> <strong>den Anschein erweckte, ein ligurischer DOC zu sein<\/strong>, war das Land, das diesen gro\u00dfen Gastgeber hervorbrachte, in Wirklichkeit die Romagna. <\/p>\n<p>Er nannte sich selbst<strong>&#8218;Oste di Prua<\/strong>&#8218;, dieser Mann, der das Meer liebte wie ein Seemann, der in sehr jungen Jahren als Deckshelfer an Bord ging, um dann in sehr jungen Jahren Schiffskoch zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrer Manuelli war ein K\u00fcchenchef mit einzigartigen F\u00e4higkeiten, der <strong>freiwillig in Ligurien blieb<\/strong> und <strong>in den 1960er und 1970er Jahren <\/strong> mehrere <strong>Restaurants in Loano, Spotorno und Borghetto Santo Spirito <\/strong> er\u00f6ffnete und pers\u00f6nlich leitete.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Seine K\u00fcche wurde m\u00fcndlich angeboten<\/strong>, ohne eine schriftliche Speisekarte, denn sie \u00e4nderte sich von Tag zu Tag, <strong>abh\u00e4ngig von der Frische und dem Fang des Tages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Seine gr\u00f6\u00dfte Befriedigung war es, seine G\u00e4ste mit seinen Gerichten bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen, ohne dass sie irgendwelche Forderungen stellten. Und das war wirklich so, denn sie vertrauten ihm. <\/p>\n<p>Er hatte eine <strong>Kundschaft, die aus vielen VIPs bestand<\/strong>, die seinen Stil in der K\u00fcche sch\u00e4tzten und die ihn auch durch seine Arbeit als <strong>gastronomischer Popularisator im Fernsehen<\/strong> kannten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ferrer Manuelli war in der Tat einer der ersten K\u00f6che, die im Fernsehen auf<\/strong>traten. Er wurde von <strong>Luigi Veronelli <\/strong>in seinen kulinarischen Themensendungen wie<strong>&#8218;Colazione a Studio 7<\/strong>&#8218; und<strong>&#8218;A tavola alle 7<\/strong>&#8218; stark umworben und hatte gro\u00dfen Erfolg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Oste di Prua<\/strong> gewann im Laufe seiner Karriere mehrere wichtige Auszeichnungen, darunter den <strong>ersten Preis f\u00fcr Pesto alla Genovese beim 1. Festival der ligurischen K\u00fcche<\/strong> (Nervi 1960), und wurde als <strong>Sch\u00fcler von Augusto Escoffier<\/strong> anerkannt (Sanremo 1972).<\/p>\n<p>Zusammen mit <strong>Dario G.
