M\u00e4rz um 15 Uhr<\/strong> im <strong>Complesso Monumentale di Santa Caterina in Finalborgo stattfindet.<\/strong>Professor Virgilio Pronzati <strong> <strong>wird<\/strong> etwa f\u00fcnfzig Studenten in der <strong>Zubereitung von genuesischem Pesto<\/strong> <strong>unterrichten<\/strong> und \u00fcber die Geheimnisse und Besonderheiten der <strong>ligurischen M\u00f6rsersaucen<\/strong> sprechen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ligurische Agrar- und Lebensmittelausstellung in Finalborgo: Wer ist Virgilio Pronzati?<\/h3>\n<p>Virgilio Pronzati ist ein <strong>Journalist, der sich auf Wein und Gastronomie spezialisiert hat und als Dozent f\u00fcr dasselbe Fachgebiet<\/strong> an mehreren staatlichen Berufsschulen in Ligurien t\u00e4tig ist.<br \/>\nEr wurde in Genua geboren, wo er lebt und arbeitet.<br \/>\nEr interessiert sich auch seit mehreren Jahren f\u00fcr den Weinplaneten, zun\u00e4chst als Regionaldelegierter des AIS, dann des ONAV. Er ist Mitglied der Verkostungskommission der DOC-Weine &#8218;Golfo del Tigullio&#8216; und &#8218;Valpolcevera&#8216; sowie der nationalen DOCG-Kommission.<br \/>\nEr ist Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied der ligurischen Delegation des &#8218;Conservatorio delle Cucine Mediterranee&#8216; (Konservatorium der mediterranen K\u00fcchen), Berater &#8211; CTU &#8211; des Hofes von Genua und Autor und Mitautor mehrerer B\u00fccher \u00fcber Essen und Wein.<\/p>\n<p>Die Pesto-Ecke ist eine gro\u00dfartige R\u00fcckkehr, denn sie wurde bereits 2013 von <strong>OroArgento Comunicazione &amp; Eventi<\/strong>, dem historischen Veranstalter des gro\u00dfen Events, im Rahmen der 9.
