Nach der S\u00e4uerung wird die Paste mit speziellen Maschinen gestreckt und geformt und in Salzlake gesalzen (Quelle: formaggio.it). <\/p>\n<h3>Brugnato Mozzarella: wie man ihn verzehrt<\/h3>\n<p>Er ist ein hervorragender Tafelk\u00e4se, der sich auch hervorragend zum <strong>Verfeinern traditioneller ligurischer Gerichte<\/strong> eignet.<br \/>\nSie k\u00f6nnen es einfach mit <strong>ligurischem nativem Oliven\u00f6l extra<\/strong>, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nM\u00f6chten Sie einen <strong>unwiderstehlichen Aperitif<\/strong> zubereiten?
