Gie\u00dfen Sie sie ab und zerdr\u00fccken Sie sie noch hei\u00df in einem Kartoffelstampfer, so dass das Fruchtfleisch in eine Sch\u00fcssel f\u00e4llt.<br \/>\nSch\u00e4len Sie die <strong>gr\u00fcnen Bohnen<\/strong> und kochen Sie sie 10-15 Minuten in Salzwasser.
