Er<strong>nahm den Anbau der Bitterorange wieder auf<\/strong>, pflanzte die Pflanzen auf dem Gel\u00e4nde neu an und schaffte es, <strong>in wenigen Jahren mehr als 150<\/strong> Exemplare zu z\u00fcchten, aus denen er das destillierte Wasser gewinnt, das derzeit nur in sehr begrenzten Mengen erh\u00e4ltlich ist.<\/p>\n<h3>Bitterorangenbl\u00fctenwasser: seine Urspr\u00fcnge<\/h3>\n<p>Vor vielen Jahren fand die Bitterorange ihr ideales Klima in der Provinz Imperia, in Vallebona, einem sonnigen und gesch\u00fctzten Tal.<br \/>\nDie Wirtschaft der Region basierte im Laufe der Zeit auf dem Anbau und dem Sammeln von Bl\u00fcten zur Destillation.<br \/>\nDas Bitterorangenbl\u00fctenwasser, das heute zum <strong>Slow Food F\u00f6rderkreis Ligurien<\/strong> geh\u00f6rt, wurde f\u00fcr die <strong>Zubereitung von Bugie<\/strong> verwendet, einem Kuchen, der hier das ganze Jahr \u00fcber f\u00fcr alle Festlichkeiten typisch ist und wegen seiner <strong>heilenden Wirkung<\/strong> sehr gesch\u00e4tzt wurde.<\/p>\n<h3>Bitterorangenbl\u00fctenwasser: Ernte und Verarbeitung<\/h3>\n<p>Die Erntezeit dauerte <strong>etwa zwanzig Tage im Mai<\/strong> und st\u00fctzte sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf die Arbeit der Frauen, die auch aus den benachbarten T\u00e4lern und von der K\u00fcste kamen.<br \/>\nSie pfl\u00fcckten die Bl\u00fcten des Bitterorangenbaums, sobald sie sich am fr\u00fchen Morgen \u00f6ffneten, legten sie auf T\u00fccher und brachten sie zur Destillation, bevor die Hitze kam.<\/p>\n<h3>Bitter Orange Blossom Water: die Krise und die Schlie\u00dfung der historischen Brennerei<\/h3>\n<p>Die Kunst der Destillation geriet <strong>durch die chemische Industrie<\/strong> in die Krise, die k\u00fcnstliche Aromen und Essenzen zu sehr niedrigen Preisen herstellen konnte.
