Pesto Fresco is good because it’s made with the heart
We select single basil leaves manually, making sure we get rid of little twigs, stems or leaves that are not suited to make the best Pesto Fresco.
After washing and drying basil accurately, we add Grana Padano DOP, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Pecorino DOP, salt and fresh garlic.
Thus, we obtain Pesto Fresco genovese, a sauce famous all over the world for its unique and fragrant taste, available in 80-gram, 170-gram and 500-gram jars.
We also make pesto in the “garlic-free” version, for those who do not like it or cannot eat it for health reasons.
