Shipping & delivery

The Frasca Vincenzo e Nassa Angelo snc delivers to any parts of Europe directly to the home address indicated by the customer during the order, by means of trusted couriers and constantly monitors the entire logistics system. The goods are shipped to risk and danger of the Company.
At any time, the customer can contact the Frasca Vincenzo e Nassa Angelo snc to communicate changes and to know the shipment status.
The customers, registered on the website, have access to an online tool for displaying the progress of the order and delivery. The delivery, according to the target area, may take place between 2 and 15 working days subject to issues that do not depend on the Company or the courier. If the ordered products are temporarily not available and, in any case, if the delivery may suffer delay, the Frasca Vincenzo e Nassa Angelo snc will contact and inform the customer promptly.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N° 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to Withdraw the Agreement and proceed with a return of goods within 14 days of receipt, by giving Notice to the Frasca Vincenzo e Nassa Angelo snc, Corso Europa 14e 17025 Loano (SV), by calling the phone number 019 4508390 – +39 3930697784 or by writing to info@pestofresco.eu

It is the responsibility of Frasca Vincenzo e Nassa Angelo snc to reimburse the paid amount within 14 days from the communication of Withdrawal by the Customer. The refund is made by the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
The right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised after the opening of the packaging.
