Shipping & delivery

Frasca Vincenzo and Nassa Angelo snc delivers throughout Italy directly to the domicile indicated by customers when ordering, through trusted couriers whose entire logistics system it constantly monitors. The goods travel at the risk of the Company.
At any time the customer can contact Frasca Vincenzo and Nassa Angelo snc to communicate changes and to know the status of shipments.
Customers registered on the Internet have an online tool for viewing the progress of the order and delivery. Delivery, depending on the area of destination, may take between 2 and 15 working days unless there are problems beyond the control of the Company and the courier company. In case the ordered products are temporarily unavailable and in any case in case the delivery is delayed, the Frasca Vincenzo and Nassa Angelo snc undertakes to contact and inform the customer in a timely manner.

Payment

Prices shown are inclusive of V.A.T., containers and packaging. Payment can be made:

• PayPal
• using Credit Card
• in advance by bank transfer

Customers who require an invoice must request one at the time of ordering by providing the exact business name and VAT number.

Right of withdrawal

The Client, pursuant to Legislative Decree. 06/09/05 N°206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to Withdraw from the Contract and proceed to the return of the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to Frasca Vincenzo and Nassa Angelo snc, Corso Europa 14e 17025 Loano (SV), by calling the telephone number 019 4508390 – +39 3930697784 or by writing to info@pestofresco.eu
It will be the responsibility of Frasca Vincenzo and Nassa Angelo snc to refund the amount paid within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal by the Customer. The refund shall be made by the same means of payment used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
The right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised following the opening of packages.
